      During black lives matters protests Russian trolls were fanning the flames on both sides posing as both conservatives and progressives living in the USA and trying to stoke violence in the streets.

      When Russia realised their online disinformation would get picked up by OAN, then fox, then repeated by maga congressmen they redoubled their efforts.

      Russia is running a psy ops campaign on Trump himself right now Trying to get him to embrace Russian talking points and end America’s Ukrainian support.

      It should be embarrasing how easily american has been manipulated but many don’t care about accurate sourcing anymore, they will turn the shittiest anonymous take they can find on the internet into their next headline.

      It doesn’t help that the president is out there calling well sourced and accurate news from journalists with integrity Fake News.
