I’m seeing a ton of people just using group chats, FaceTime and not using social media
A lot of my friends who now have kids only use YouTube to play videos for their kids now, rather than for their own personal use.
They stick to instagram and TikTok for personal use since the short form content is all the time they have now, and their algorithms aren’t sprinkled with miss rachel or wiggles content… yet.
Only using Rednote and just keeping FB for extended family. Deleted all others….
Youtube is not social media. It’s the modern television.
Unless you’re engaging with the comments section, I’ve got a hard time thinking of YouTube as social media
