Imo this is ridiculous. She destroyed a whole complex, and sent 17 people to the hospital for smoke inhalation.
Getting away with zero punishment is absolute injustice.
So why exactly did the court deny the detention request? The article doesn’t explain. It just explains that she is a minor, but that doesn’t mean she is immune from getting detained.
