This is why I never bother to intervene when I see anti social behaviour. Maybe that makes me a coward I guess

Vapers are far worse than smokers ever for lighting up anywhere they fancy. Smokers didn’t try and keep defiantly lighting up in the workplace, on trains or in pubs when it was banned there. Vapers just seem to think because it’s not actual smoke they can just do it everywhere and the failure to enforce it by the authorities or management leads to situations like this.

Please consider the vaping thug! It must be hard living with such a tiny fragile ego that’s so easily crushed.

The problem is there are no consequences.
He should be staring down a 10 year sentence or an IPP if he has prior convictions. Instead he might not even get a custodial sentence, assuming they even manage to catch him.

I’d argue the thug was inciting the violence to happen by doing this on the carriage. This type of offence should probably be reclassified due to what happened. We need to be so tough on these types of people that they’ll be scared out their wits to attempt to do these things.

I once tried to stop a man punching and strangling his girlfriend, the girlfriend said mind your own fucking business, and I almost had to fight them both till my friends came over and calmed things down

Got off a flight from Tenerife and a guy immediately started vaping on the tarmac outside the plane at Stanstead. He got very angry when the ground crew were yelling at him to stop.

Vaping pricks everywhere these days.
Nothing one can really do other than look away and think bad thoughts towards them.
People who flaunt the rules likely won’t listen to reason otherwise they wouldn’t have done that anti social thing in the first place.
Would never intervene directly for pretty much anything, the most I’d do is step in after the parties have split up if there’s serious injuries. A few years ago there were what seemed like local homeless folk or druggies having some sort of hammer swinging fight outside Tesco. I got back into my car and called Police then gave them a statement after, I think one of them got charged. No hammers connected with anyone in that fight at least…

Seems the vape didn’t soothe him with the serotonin he required
