      Starter comment: 
      I would say new mines in Finland are a good thing, provided that environmental rules are followed. 

      But I am not sure if this report YLE writes about takes into the account the governments plans to raise the mining tax? The current level of the tax is way too low and should be raised, but it will of course affect the attractiveness of Finland for such investments.

      No wonder. The laws and taxation are on par with Africa, so the mining companies can do what they want with no real consequences.
