As a Swede in Ireland: Hooray!
Can’t read the article, but if it means there will be naked saunas here, bring it on. Wearing clothes in the sauna is like wearing knickers in the bath.

I see nothing wrong as long as nothing weird happens inside.
The idea of sitting on someone else’s genital sweat is off putting. From a hygiene perspective, swimwear seems more appealing.
I find nothing enjoyable about sweating.
I do however enjoy going around naked.
So I guess I’ll just sit around the house with nothing on.
You wear bikini in the pool, why not in the sauna?

Maybe I’m a bit of a prude and if you dig this then good for you but I don’t see the appeal of sitting in a room with other naked random strangers while sweat absolutely pours out of every (EVERY) pore and orifice… On your own or with a partner then okay but a random group makes me think there must be some kind of sexual aspect
I don’t mind being naked, but honestly I find it hard to separate it from being sexual if there’s women involved. Some sexy redhead saunters in to the sauna I’m going to get a boner and look like a fucking escaped rapist.
Much as I’d love to be able to just sit there as if it’s perfectly normal, I just don’t think I’d be able.
So long as they have grower saunas and shower saunas, should be grand😆

We went to onsens in Japan and this is exactly what we discussed afterwards. It actually helped us both with our body images. I think naked saunas would work here but I do think most people would be comfortable if they were segregated between men and women
