Ich schaue mir gerade einen YuoTube-Kurzfilm über ein viktorianisches Ohr an "Tonic" Das waren ungefähr 41 Vol.-% Alkohol und der Videomacher hat es mit „a“ gekennzeichnet "schlechte Idee".
Das erinnerte mich an Mustanparran für Yliopiston Apteekki. Das Zeug ist im Grunde Salmikki kosu mit Codein. Aber als ich eine Websuche durchführte und sogar auf der Website von YA verkkokauppa, wurde nichts gefunden. Wurde es gestoppt?

You know, heroin (in very small doses) is a cough medicine, because it slightly paralyses the muscles involved in breathing. So is alcohol.
Mixing the two can easily lead to overdose (i.e. getting suffocated) so mixing alcohol with opiates is nowadays considered a Very Bad Idea.
They still sell it, but it is only available if you ask for it directly. So it is not on display, and not available online.
Yeah the pharmacy doesn’t sell codeine-laced alcohol for entertainment purposes.
