So only entry level and mid range computers that actually don’t even need it right? Where’s the problem?

So the article gave us the costs, but I’m not familiar enough to understand the inconvenience not having one or all is. Can anyone clarify, cause the article didn’t really. What content exactly will they have issues with? Edge cases this might be an okay move but like YouTube doesn’t work would be a deal breaker for most.
