      Mamdani did what every other leader does with Trump, flattered him. That is all it takes to get on Trump’s good side. Has any other president been as easy to manipulate?

      Mamdani has charisma +20. Very excited to see what he does BUT will remain skeptical (as we all should).

      Mamdani was my councilmen beofre he became mayor, my district is also represented by AOC. One time I have a massive toll be, EZpass took like HOURS on hold, they told me I needed to pay like 10K, it was insane.

      I called both AOC and Mamdanis offices, I kid you not, like 10 minutes later EZ pass called *me* and told me they were taking care of it.

      Both of them were alwasy super visible in my district and are charismatic, im sure he was just himself, hes truly hard to hate.

      Trump never is confrontational in person. He’s too much of a coward. He hurls his insults and accusations in tweets or midnight attacks. He was
      confrontational to Zelenskyy only because he had his crew of yes men to buffer.

      When a man currently experiencing his all-time lowest popularity rating passes a man currently experiencing his all-time highest popularity rating, he clings to him, hoping the magic rubs off. Trump has an approval deficit and he can’t afford to clash with someone charismatic right now.

      Notice that Trump also bizarrely aligned himself in the press conference with other popular Democrats: Bernie Sanders and FDR. It isn’t supposed to make sense, it’s designed to feel good and soften his image. It’s designed to stem the bleeding.
