Skull and Bones. Secret Society that many elite are a past of like President Bush.
Well the plot of One Piece is that the corrupt government took power away from the more advanced civilization over a 100 year war, then buried the history and made a false narrative. Pirates are the good guys and the government uses press to lie and spread false information.
My pattern recognition can’t see this as a “movement” but something to do with the cult “skull and bones”. I understand wanting to fight tyranny and using this symbol but it just feels sinister in a way.
