She literally beat Space Invaders before half the planet could hold a controller. Heaven just got its final boss.

Rip. Space invaders was the beginning of all things cool in the memories of my childhood. Why is she collecting for a funeral, did she not make any money off of the game that launched an arcade revolution?
I was unaware of this individual, but based on what I’m reading, it really does suck big time to lose such a talented person.
Just wanted to put my 5c in and say I hope her legacy lives on and continues to inspire.

Her and her wife Janelle Jacques were and are absolute legends. As a game maker and player I hold them both in the highest regards in the all time pantheon of game legends.
