      China expects payment for pandas. That money could be put to much better use

      I think this has been a long time coming anyway. Adventure world lost their pandas and it was a big deal because even the express train down there has a panda face on the front. Oji zoo lost their panda (died) and I don’t think they will see another. Also possible that China doesn’t think Japan has made enough progress in the welfare of Zoo animals for them to get any more pandas. That would be a weird situation but wouldn’t shock me if true.

      We got tons of black bears that need a new home. Kick out those expensive pandas!

      Ueno Zoo needs to be shutdown. Miserable environment for the animals.
