    1. Nah, I grew up when they were “wild life” like rabbits and hogs. It’s not terrible until you have to tell people that you had to deworm yourself.

    2. I find this very interesting. There has a been a push to shut down dog meat restaurants for well over 2 decades. Times change, people change and business models change all the time.

      Anyone remember Rotiboy, Me2day (Korean version of twitter) or Cyworld (Korean version of facebook)?

      The incentive of more money early was to shutdown and transition faster. The money dries up the longer you wait.

      No doubt it would be hard to switch to a new business if this is all you knew and worked but to sue seems very extreme.

      Unless there is huge political pressure, it wont lead to much of anything.

      It’s interesting. What was this organization doing when the Yoon Seok-yeol administration proposed the dog meat ban bill? And the media outlet that reported this is a conservative newspaper that maintained silence at the time. Honestly, there are too many people who create problems under a conservative government but only raise issues with a progressive government.
