      People with dementia tend to lose their filter. These next few months could get really interesting.

      Dementia patents often disrobe for no reason, so don’t expect much live coverage of press conferences, either.

      Not gonna lie, this was actually „different.“ Like we all reasonably could assume Trump doesn’t really care about women just as much as he doesn’t care about anyone else that’s not himself. And Trump says stupid things all the time, so that’s not surprising.

      The difference, at least for me, is he didn’t do his usual shtick. Usually when Trump is cornered about something he doesn’t like, he just pivots to unrelated noise. „You care about that?! Well, have you seen how my ballroom looks?! That’s gonna make the US appear great to other countries blah blah blah“

      That didn’t happen here. He just coldly looked on, and simply uttered „Quiet, piggy.“ Even after all of the Trump experience we had, that one hit different. Because he didn’t even play pretend to imitate a politician. He said words that were direct from a dark and ugly place in his corrupted soul. He hated that woman in that moment. Nothing else was pertinent. Some woman was telling him something he didn’t like, and it pissed him off, and that’s what was reflected.

      This may have been one of the „purest“ Trump moments we’ve ever experienced. There is no stretch to the imagination to realize this is the same man who was partying on Epstein properties.

      Yeah usually he does his insults with some kind of sociopathic charm. This one just felt like it came from a dark cruel place.

      No doubt. If the boss said „Quiet, piggy“ to a worker, they’d almost surely be fired. It’s completely unacceptable behaviour.

      „More outrage than usual“? I don’t see this. If Obama or Biden had said that, it would lead every news story for weeks. Trump said it so the corporate media is okay with it. It’s only that it got out on social media that news organizations are asking what the big deal is.

      It was a seriously mask off moment. It was dripping with venom and hate, totally undiluted.

    7. He’s a serial sexual abuser (proven in civil court), rapist by the common legal definition of the word, and a strongly suspected pedophile and child sex-trafficker (evidence pending).

      He’s also been caught on tape joking about, encouraging, and glorifying sexual abuse and sexual assault (Access Hollywood Audio Tapes).

      He’s also been alleged to have been involved in domestic violence and marital rape, however his ex-wife walked back that allegation eventually.

      His positions on women are crystal clear. He’s a deviant scumbag who abuses them. He’s attacked women based on their looks (Rosie O’Donnell, Megyn Kelly, Heidi Klum, Heidi Cruz, Elizabeth Warren, Hillary Clinton to name a few).

      While this behavior was disgusting, it’s nothing new for him. He’s just genuinely a sick, demented, deviant, dementia riddled old man.

    8. Bizarre choice of language – almost like he’s a misogynist rapist or something.

    9. I_like_baseball90 on

      Imagine if Biden had said „quiet piggy“ to someone.

      The MAGA outrage would have reached new levels.

      But with Sleepy don, „he says it like it is“

      Not a day goes by where I’m not amazed 77 million fucking idiots think this orange turd is their savior.

      Abraham Lincoln:

      „Those who deny freedom to others deserve it not for themselves, and, under a just God, cannot long retain it.“

      Donald Trump:

      “Quiet piggy.”

      Despite how disgraceful it is to the office of the President, nobody like Trump should be throwing that insult out.

      Dude straight up looks like an actual pig.

    12. Reporters need to just stop being nice and insult him back. This narcissistic asshole is toxic and he needs to be told in his face repeatedly by as many people as possible.

      * unprofessional
      * cruel
      * unimaginative
      * sexist
      * idiotic

      This is Trump and his administration.

      Place your bets: will he have a stroke on live TV first or say the N word while being filmed?

    15. ExtensionParsley4205 on

      It was like the “boar on the floor” scene from Succession, but in real life.

    16. Imaginary-Crazy1981 on

      He pointed in her face too. A gesture that I find threatening and a potential precursor to violent assault. I found this whole thing repulsive.

    17. Careless-Owl9231 on

      His temper was on display publicly. Not very presidential. Don’t you want your leaders to be able to handle their anger a smidge better than this?

    18. Unforgivable’: Trump’s ‘piggy’ insult is ~~stoking more outrage than usual~~ not stoking nearly enough outrage.

      Fixed it for you. This is the President of the United States. We should all have higher standards and this is one of the least offensive things he has done that is getting news coverage. Every male reporter who stood quietly should be *deeply ashamed*, the war on women is out in the open now.

    19. Yourface1837 on

      Also the reporters name is Catherine Lucey and this is important because her name isn’t in all the articles and one of the more desperate ignorant attempts I’ve seen defending Trump claim he said, „quiet *peggy*“ even though it was very clearly not what he said, nor was that her name.

    20. swiftlessons on

      I think in that moment, we saw the mask fully off… the way he said it reminded everyone, regardless of party, of the worst grade school bully they ever encountered.

    21. SomecallmeJorge on

      Women wouldn’t have to worry about the President calling them piggy if they had gotten Hillary or Kamala elected.

    22. Just remember, this is no doubt how he talks to his wife(s) and his kids. Such a role model /s

    23. Nothing matters anymore. Trump never faces the consequences of his actions.

      But just like in the first administration, This is doing irreparable harm to American children and especially girls. There’s a reason you were seeing so much disinterest in men from Gen Z women. Those boys grew up watching this man degrade women and laugh about it. Girls and women will socially suffer for a long time because of what has become normalized by the American right.

    24. NecessaryHoliday3 on

      So he’s allowed to insult people but people should respect him because he’s the president? Wtf is going on?

    25. Upstairs-Egg on

      Would love for one of these reporters to slap back with “stfu diaper man”

    26. mathteacher85 on

      I’m okay with „Stop lying piggy“ being the regular response to Trump.

    27. It’s indefensible more so than his usual insults. Usually he’s attacking a public figure and thus has some level of cover. Either because the insult is related to his current rant, or his base also doesn’t like the person so they can sweep it under the rug.

      This was an incredibly unprovoked, incredibly misogynistic on a reporter doing her job. And at a time when he is under intense scrutiny because from the Epstein thing on account that he is a pedophile.

      My guess is that it will be entirely forgotten by this time next week.

    28. LikeIsaidItsNothing on

      That moment when the eyes just go dark…seeing what these poor women saw when cornered.

    29. Trump is a pedophile and an adjudicated rapist and a convicted felon and a grifter and a liar and a cheater and a narcissist and a sociopath and *nothing* has changed about him since the public spotlight focused on him more than 40 years ago. This doesn’t “hit different.” It’s more of the same old, same old. Nothing has stopped him from conducting himself as he does and nothing ever will.

    30. New_Alternative8711 on

      If „grab ‚em by the pussy“ didn’t sink him I don’t see this doing much damage.

    31. True_Manufacturer909 on

      Trump hasn’t been this sincere about his true feelings since at least the last time he saw Bubba
