This comes after an [article](https://www.reddit.com/r/CanadaPolitics/comments/1p0zk49/il_faut_encore_payer_pour_que_le_monde_vote_pablo/) presenting emails strongly suggesting people have been paid to vote for Pablo Rodriguez during the last leadership race. Pablo Rodriguez is the current leader of the Liberal Party of Québec (PLQ).
One of the people in the mails admits using the scheme for his or her investiture race.
