Ich habe dieses Fahrzeug heute in Deutschland gesehen und versuche herauszufinden, zu welcher Agentur es gehört und was genau sie tun. Darauf stehen „BALM“ und „Traffic Control“ und es sieht definitiv wie eine Art offizielles Regierungsfahrzeug aus. In letzter Zeit sehe ich immer mehr davon in der Gegend, in der ich wohne, aber ich konnte online nicht viele klare Informationen finden.
Weiß jemand, welche Rolle sie spielen, ob sie mit der Polizei oder eher mit Transportkontrollen verbunden sind und ob sie auch Bußgelder verhängen können?

That van.is for traffic and parking enforcement as far as I know.
They are an enforcement agency for commercial transport (trucks etc). So they can issue fines but have no jurisdiction regarding to ,,normal“ drivers.

It says „Bundesamt für Logistik und Mobilität“ on it, so Federal Bureau of Logistics and Mobility. Are you maybe somewhere with a lot of truck traffic, because they check those for violations.
It’s obviously lip balm van to sell lip balms in this cold weather. Very useful!
