some of the best footage i have seen in a while (not what happened) but the video it self showing the explosion and seconds before impact.
and with sound and a minimal watermark.

Is this an intentional act or were they trying to hit something else and missed? Are there military targets nearby? Russia has been committing terrorist acts but would they really launch a missile that costs $2.4m to manufacture at a residential building on purpose?

It seems like over and over again throughout the wars of the last 100 years, it’s been shown that bombing civilians doesn’t effectively pressure populations to capitulate; it can often go the other way, making people more determined and angry, so this would an expensive way to fail at their war aims and waste munitions they could have used against military targets.
