impaired drivers who kill sometime go to prison and people in prison don’t pay child support.
We already have a remedy, it’s the civil system. Why attach civil penalties to criminal cases?
How about instead of this they just put them in prison for a longer period of time? Marco Muzzo killed 4 people and he was out in 5 years.
