It’s insane how he is only being considered a suspect now after all this while but then again, he was going on giving them more evidence by being free.
If a chopped up child was found in my trunk three months ago, they’d be halfway through the fucking trial for me by now. I get that the criminal justice system moves more slowly than people realize (I used to report on it for a living) but Jesus Christ the fact that this guy hasn’t been taken in yet is perhaps the biggest miscarriage of justice that I can think of in recent memory.
Probable cause alone should have been more than enough to peg him as a prime suspect.
It’s not a TV show.
