Looks like he already tried to stop it, they found a loophole and changed the name to something he hadn’t had full IP control of and are now risking it again.

The thing is, if their product is so great, then why spend money on lawyer fees to protect a name that ripping off an IP. Just change the name.

It’s shitty of him. Not like it hurts his brand in any way and will probably put this small business out of business. The same thing happened to me…petty millionaire.
