      Leave the poor hedgehogs alone.

They’re a „rauhoitettu“ species so it’s illegal to do anything to them anyway.

    2. They’re hedgehogs, completely harmless. Just teach your kid to not disturb them and you’ll be fine.

Tell your shit kid to suck it up and man up or rather, be a better parent and do your job and raise/teach your kid about the hedgehog

Your not going to find any love or help to get rid of them

It’s always a bit difficult with kids (and adults) being scared of animals or alienated from nature. Try to go for some positive reinforcement here: Find children’s books about nature and specifically cute ( not disgusting as you said ) hedgehogs and go on a learning spree together. Then there is the old wives story about the hedgehogs keeping the snakes away…. But that might be a little risky …”snakes, what snakes, are there snakes here….noooooo…”

    5. I think that better way would be to find information about hedgehogs with your child and start to study their behaviour together. Maybe go to library together and try to find some children’s literature about hedgehogs.

Hedgehogs are nice, quiet, and harmless creatures, and quire rare nowadays. You gain very little by expelling them, but may gain a lot by getting to know them. I think they are also cute. Would love to have a couple of hedgehogs on my yard.

    6. Hedgehogs are protected by the nature protection law and you just need to tolerate them.
