Data like this doesn’t tell the whole story.

The „worst“ cities (as well as in the lower population segments) are all cities with high First Nations populations.
Winnipeg, Edmonton, Saskatoon and Regina are all places I know well, and the VAST majority of violent crime is one indigenous person being victimized by another indigenous person who is known to them.
Comparatively little violence takes place outside of the First Nations community, and almost none of it is random stranger violence.
