How can they sue for defamation or libel if what was said was factually accurate?
The lawyer they’ve chosen to represent them is the SVP Valiser MP Jean-Luc Addor. Mr Addor got convicted of racial discrimination in April 2020 [for clamoring „We demand more“ on Twitter after the 2014 mosque shooting in Saint Gallen](https://www.rts.ch/info/regions/valais/11286674-le-conseiller-national-jeanluc-addor-condamne-pour-discrimination-raciale.html)
While I totally agree with the crossword setter, I do think that he and the newspaper wanted to get into trouble. “Swiss political party – racist, xenophobic, homophobic, anti-feminist, anti-ecological, anti-poor, nationalist.” – that’s just a tiny little bit over the top, although being true 😂
That clue is way too good tho, if I was playing crosswords and wanted to get a minor clue that gives it away fully, I feel bad for the people just playing crossword that wanted a tiny clue and were slapped with the awnser
