It’s intended to mean the crime of battering someone ~~you have sex with~~ in a sexual manner (I’m not a lawyer)

It could mean be that Ditty has harnessed a method of storing sex energy for later use, much like a phone battery or a AA.

But the funniest is to interpret “Battery” in the artillery sense. A wall full of glory holes all pointing in the same direction
