Was ich gelernt habe:

Interested to hear how you determined which state you were in during each conversation/message
Yeah I have no idea what I’m looking at. Seems you’ve done bunch of statistics on your data but I think a simple graph with X axis = time and Y axis = perceived instability as some number would be more informative. Or at least function as a base for further analysis, as what is here seems to be a few steps too much disconnected from the actual data.
Where there is a „clean, interpretable 4-phase oscillation pattern“ and whatever this is supposed to mean, I have absolutely no clue.
I’m interested in your methodology, perhaps running the same for myself
So as somebody with Bipolar II I know that manic states have an increase in activity and a flight of ideas, I guess you could monitor your moods by seeing how many times you’re using ChatGPT? I don’t really get the graph, tho.
For me, the fitness tracker on my phone doubles as a mood chart since when I’m depressed I often don’t want to walk around more than I have to, I’ll miss going to the gym, not get out to do activities, and so on.
Personally I’ve stayed away from anything AI chatbots since I’ve heard they can give questionable mental health advice and have a tendency to overpraise users, which sounds pretty dangerous if you’re in a manic state and can have feelings of grandiosity. Like, if a really convincing machine is backing you up saying like „you’re the greatest“ it’s probably going to feed into it
Take care of yourself OP
