      Just irritates that with Irish Prisons gigantically over-capacity, one birth is being „wasted“ keeping a passive religious extremist locked-up.

      I’m tired just reading about these fuckers, I can’t imagine how exhausting and stressful it is for the victims they target for harassment.

      The courts need to start going after their assets.

      I’m sick of this „until he purges his contempt or the school closes for holidays“ business. Jail him for a month, then double it for each subsequent offence. That way he bothers us less and less with each passing year.

      I’m happy enough to find this through my taxes. Enough is enough. Let him use the law, but there has to be a limit to making a school into a place of intimidation and political messaging.

      Now I’d like not to hear from him again for a few years while he considers his life.

      Carlsberg don’t do Christmas presents but if they did then a long stretch for all those misfits. That judge was 100% spot on in his assessment of the situation. Burke can’t admit he is wrong as he has a fan base to placate…

      Enoch Burke’s endless harassment of a school is beyond absurd. Claiming “principle” while repeatedly flouting court orders and intimidating staff isn’t noble—it’s toxic. This isn’t activism; it’s a chaotic circus wasting everyone’s time. The courts are right to slam the brakes. Ireland has far bigger issues than one man’s petty vendetta against his fake concerns. About time the courts dragged the family into accountability for their equally disgraceful behaviour.

      This is a much better reporting of the hearing than Shane Phelan from the Independent. Phelan’s writing would have the unfamiliar thinking Burke was sacked for his views and not gross misconduct plus left out any of the judges statements on the actual reason for the hearing. Clicks and engagement over full and accurate reporting.
