Which when the heat pumps cost £15k isn’t likely to help all that many people.
Remember last week when the press were telling us the [boiler upgrade scheme was dead](https://www.theguardian.com/politics/2025/nov/13/hundreds-of-thousands-to-lose-heat-pump-subsidies-in-reevess-budget-plan)?
Called bullshit on it then and lo and [behold today](https://www.gov.uk/government/news/discounts-for-families-to-keep-warm-in-winter-and-cool-in-summer);

Our press are a cancer.
This is good news though.
I’ve been waiting for this decision.
A2G = £7500 grant,
A2A = £2500 grant
Is this because A2A is less expensive to have installed?
