Sell the golden toilets maybe? Or Z’s assets and real estate. For starters.

How is all of Europe, including Italy, not able to deal with a country with an economy the size of Italy’s?

Seize Russian assets in the EU, then the properties of oligarchs and their families. Easy.

Time to look into some offshore accounts that were only getting fatter in recent years. Yes, those private ones.

A Europe wide levy could be raised specifically for Ukraine. Even a 1 percent tax rise with that money reserved for Ukraine.

Wouldn’t EU get sued via multiple venues? Maybe a stay of execution, then followed by years of judical process?

Ukraine’s fate was sealed when NATO refused to intervene directly and Russia decided it would commit to a full attritional grind. Even the peacekeeper deal fell apart because *nobody* wants to put their troops on the line. I genuinely do not believe this half-measure to fund Ukraine until Russia collapses or withdraws makes sense at all. Russia is one nation run by an authoritarian whose entire legacy depends on this conflict, NATO is dozens of nations at the mercy of voters – I can only realistically see our side being the one that blinks here.
Trump gets insane amount of hate here but I think this war genuinely needs to end even if it means Russia comes out better from the peace deal because what’s the point of funding the demise of Ukraine’s demographic stability to defend every last bit of territory of a war we’re not fully committing to?

There was a plan?
Strange, but [she should write a bit faster](https://brusselsreporter.com/brussels/2025/commission-reassures-belgium-russian-asset/). As Von der Leyen and Bart de Wever announced that a agreeable proposal has been made. Now its waiting for the ultimate decision on 15th-17th of December if I’m not mistaken

Take Putins piggy bank.
What about a raffle?
They didn’t even had a plan A!
