Hasn’t even been one month yet and it already looks like the economic jenga pieces are being pulled out one by one

And just like that Takaichi’s approval rating goes through the roof!

    3. I wonder how much (little) this will impact the tourism industry. Chinese tourists often use Chinese airline, Chinese pick up taxi, Chinese version of AirBnB, paying many things with Chinese payment app that doesn’t pay any tax to Japanese government, going to Chinese-run shops, shopping at duty free Donki. Really, there’s a huge travel eco system for Chinese people which barely drops money to Japanese local business.

      Good news, thanks China!

I ll 100% be pro-CCP, if they permanently ban mainland Chinese people from entering Japan 😄

    5. All these great news posts. What is going on? We’re just going to label a whole group of people as bad / negative? They’re tourists, coming to Japan on good faith. Unless you truly believe tourists spend all the money and time in planning to just be a complete ass.

It sucks for Japan because tourism is the only profitable industry they have left.

I’m positive in 15 years Japan will have become full Thailand tier

As an American who just finished his two vacation in Japan, ya’ll got wayyyyuu to many Chinese and surprisingly Russian tourists.

And most of them really annoying honestly. They’d hog the same spot for hours or be oblivious….
