      Oh well, buy now pay later was probably an American invention. The whole credit industry. It has ruined lives for generations. Because, temptations get average consumers clouding their judgement on financial jurisprudence.

      I’m still paying off groceries from 2 years ago. Buy now, pay later did save my ass that year tho. Still sucks being indebted over basic survival.

    7. I was looking at socks online and there was an option to split the purchase into 4 payments. They weren’t cheap socks, but if you can’t afford them in one payment, buy cheaper socks.

      The whole article basically says there’s no problem with them aside from not taking part in the credit system and that they service people that banks won’t. Sounds like taxis complaining about ride shares.
