Juuust so you know, the statistics used here define ‚obese‘ as BMI >25, per KDCA’s guideline. But globally, BMI >30 is the standard definition of obese. Dunno why KDCA uses different standards, tho.

BMI also does not distinguish body composition. I have been here for 20+ years and I have been seeing a lot more muscular people of both genders.
