Ich bin neulich auf Twitter auf diesen Beitrag gestoßen und frage mich sehr, wie sich das auf die Zukunft des Alterns auswirken wird. Neugierig, was denken Sie darüber?
With no gravity you’re screwed in a million other ways.

The infamous example passed around on reddit is the lobster. It dies because its internals grow faster than it can grow its shell due to inadequate access to calcium.
Dying of old age doesn’t exist. It isn’t real. It is a phrase to describe something that is observable and we decided to give meaning to. What is real is humans get weaker and weaker and get worse and worse at fighting against a series of failure. Cell damage, organ failure, cancer, the list goes on. Dying of old age isn’t real, old age is the journey that allows you to become vulnerable to the thing that kills you.
So unless you mean falling down a flight of stairs, which yes you absolutely start to struggle surviving as you become older, I don’t think gravity has anything to do with it.

No, from what I understand, it does not directly, but it does affect how we age on a biological level.
