I’m always astounded by the very high levels of intelligence some of these Dr’s possess. They’re incredible.
The mum is quoted in the article saying as such, but what an intense decision process that must have been. It must be so hard knowing what to do and I can only imagine the relief the parents must feel knowing that it worked.
Incredible work by all involved. Hopefully this leads to him having much more independence for the rest of his life.
