    1. „Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu vowed Sunday to oppose any attempt to establish a Palestinian state, a day before the U.N. Security Council plans to vote on a U.S.-drafted resolution on Gaza that leaves the door open to Palestinian independence.“

How would a Palestianian state even survive or function? I thought They have nothing to export for any kind of economy or room for industry.

Edit: lol got downvoted to hell for asking a legit question?

There ought to be a Palestinian state.

And just as many nations throughout the world have helped keep Israel afloat through tremendous financial investments, I think the same nations can spare some money to do the same for Palestine, and can help to transform Palestine culturally the way the US and other nations helped to transform Germany and Japan after the second World War.

    4. Two states isn’t really feasible. It would require removing 700k+ settlers from the West Bank and East Jerusalem. One state is far more realistic. Israel has dangled the fantasy of two states for years in order to slowly gobble up Palestinian territory. The entire purpose for the creation of the E-1 settlement is to prevent a Palestinian state from being viable. Smotrich has publicly said this multiple times.

    5. Israel removed settlers from Gaza in 2005. It can be done. The question is whether or not Israel has any incentive to do so, which right now they don’t as long as the Western world is rewarding Palestinian terrorism with calls for a state.
