Ich erwarte viele sarkastische Antworten, aber ich habe im Laufe der Jahre einige sehr alberne „Privat – Zutritt verboten“-Schilder gesehen, und ich weiß nicht, ob ich ihnen zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt vertrauen soll oder nicht. Nachdem ich durch offene Naturgebiete gelaufen bin und gesehen habe, wie diese Worte achtlos auf Felswände gesprüht wurden, haben sie für mich etwas von ihrer Bedeutung verloren.

Ich habe diesen 4-km-Lauf auf Google Maps geplant, musste aber aufgrund eines solchen Metallschilds am schwarzen Ring im Screenshot umkehren. Ich hätte es riskiert, aber ich sah Leute in der Nähe und hatte keine Lust auf eine Konfrontation. Auf Google Maps können Sie beim Platzieren von Markierungen für eine Wanderroute eine Markierung über diesen Weg hinaus vornehmen. Weiß jemand, ob es dort wirklich privat ist oder ob es für mich eine Möglichkeit gibt, das irgendwie zu überprüfen? Ist es außerdem normal, dass Sie in Google Maps Markierungen auf Privatgrundstücken platzieren können? Danke.

Ask the local council. They should be able to tell you.
There’s no easy way really, because the government wants this abuse to continue. Moreover, it’s not enough for the land to be private. The land may be private, but if it’s a path that’s been in use for generations you have the right of way as long as you just walk through without stopping or getting off the path.

They are always validand very serious. If you find a farmer who yells at you are lucks because if he were to call the police your are fucked.
Penal Code 602 PC makes it a crime to enter or remain on someone else’s property without permission or right to do so.
Misdemeanor aggravated trespass carries up to one year in jail and/or $2,000 in fines. (This is if you can prove there was no sign or barrier)
Felony aggravated trespass carries 16 months, two years, or three years in jail and/or $10,000 in fines. (This is if there was a sign and barrier but you went over it)
If you break anything while entering it escalates to breaking and entering
And if you pick one flower fruit or vegetable it’s burglary.
I just saw the picture this is obviously private property the road itself isn’t a road it’s a private passage.
You can tell as it is too narrow, and there is no name on the road or on Google maps. That’s not nature those are privipe fields used for agriculture.
If you walk down this road you commited like 6 separate acts of trespassing as each plot of land you passed over is a separate property.
If a house is big enough to have a driveway from one road to the next. You can’t say it’s a street cause it connects 2 roads. It’s still a driveway and it’s private.
