Please try to understand his unique situation
BS obviously. but if true, then a. He shouldn’t have been driving at all. And b. That makes him even more culpable.
Ugh the guilt he must be carrying right now… I feel so sad for him too
Why tf was he driving then?
In the article he says

and then the police say

I’d argue that this guy should never have been behind the wheel of a truck.
