    1. So the UK lists the DLR as separate to the underground, but omits the Manchester MetroLink, and Merseyrail… right

      i like the porto and st petersburg logos, bucharest and kharkiv may consider updating their logo more than once every two centuries

    3. There are three additional metro systems in European part of Russia outside the map layout: Kazan metro, Nizhniy Novgorod metro and Samara metro (and also Volgograd light rail which is partially underground)

    4. If the DLR is counted as a separate system then so should the Elizabeth Line.

      Also if you count the DLR separately it shouldn’t even be in the image since it doesn’t really go underground.

    5. So what cities over one million doen’t have metro?

      Belgrade, Birmingham, and Odesa? Any other?

    6. Galicia has very poor urban and regional rail transit. At least they have the AVE now though.

      Germany is completely wrong, all the ‚Stadtbahn‘ logos are different from eachother and half of these systems aren’t metros by the international definition.
