Nice job. The churning breakers are hard to capture. My grandfather was an American (Maine) seascape/landscape artist who was known for his scenes of New England from the 1930’s to 1980. He was a impressionist and plein air artist who worked mainly with oils. Even in his old age, he would be outside painting in the fiercest of weather trying to capture the different moods of New England. He passed away in 1980 when I was a boy but I do remember him telling me it took lots of work and time to master waves like that in a seascape. I can feel the urgency and electricity in the air from the storm and the rough seas. Well done juxtaposed against the clouds in the sky.
