It’s hard to take all the double speak from PP .. are the Liberals „stealing“ all your ideas or is everything they’re doing so awful that it will end the world as we know it?
Every whipped vote is an act of bribery. It’s an explicit exchange of the party support which is necessary to be elected in return for influence over a public official in the performance of their duties.
From Section 10 of the CPC Policy Declaration:

You’d have to think this has to be referring to Jeneroux, since I don’t think anybody knows if he’s going to show up to vote. I just don’t see the Conservatives selectively abstaining from the budget though, since the optics would be so bad, and it’s still quite likely the NDP can be forced to take that hit.
