Pierre goes or Carney gets a majority with out a election.

It appears the PC’S have more cards to play then they were getting credit for .

Every one including myself assumed they wouldn’t take him on head on , we were right , but what we didnt consider was that they wouldnt have too .

      Imagine this .

Pierre wins his reveiw but Carney wins a majority with out a election. .

This is literally the liberal partys wet dream .

Say good by to the conservative party for very long time after that unless the liberals decided to do something so stupid to ever give Pierre a chance to form a government.

I’m generally a liberal voter and a registered party member, but I would vote conservative and would have in the previous election if the conservatives actually had a good leader. One that didn’t deal with US culture war nonsense and wasn’t trying to be a trump-like figure.

As it currently stands Carney is the most reasonable candidate to lead the country, and the liberals no matter how badly or slowly they do things are likely to continue winning unless the conservatives have a leadership overhaul.

Hard for a guy to stay on as leader when he can’t even win his own riding, and runs a disaster campaign led by his former girlfriend who is still a key advisor. PP had nothing with out Trudeau to rant about, and could not pivot when Trump became the focus of the election. Party needs to think outside the box and come up with a new strategy, and that starts with new leadership.
