I thought the material we’re seeing now has been furnished by the Epstein estate and provided to congress under subpoena, and it is not invstigative material in a law-enforcement sense, hence the public release.
Can they really block its release through Congress? If they could, then couldn’t any executive direct its DOJ to open an investigation into absolutely anything that they don’t wish to come to light?
