Carney is also bleeding the CPC on purpose, hes not seeking a election for a majority nor is he looking to get rud of Pierre , the dude is a gift . Carney will squeeze enough PC from the party for his majority by Pierre still holding power .
Carney can get tge budget passed easy , he has shown a willingness to bend , hes not bending on the budget on purpose and it isnt to trigger a election, its to trigger defections.
