This is really one thing that I saw in SK that really baffled me. In a bookstore there’s a long table similar to a dining set with seats filled with people reading. I found it amazing they could read in that environment with much of personal space invaded. I personally find that my mind needs actual physical breathing room in order to read. If anything, these crowded reading spaces in SK is a testament to these people’s sharpness of concentration.
