The spare oil refining capacity will not be spared
Oil refining facilities will continue to be struck until morale improves.
With all the corruption, how many refineries will actually be able to sustain higher production long term.

Huh, what spare refining capacity? The only refineries that Ukraine has not hit are more than 2000km away. There is no such thing as spare refining capacity. Refineries cost a fortune to build so if you can’t produce or sell your product then you either have too many refineries or someone is destroying them.
What does that even mean? Do they want more?
This is utter nonsense. There is no spare capacity. They are importing fuel for a reason.

There are a lot of western made parts in those oil facilities that can not be replaced under current sanctions.
Keep hitting them.
