I started a Facebook for marketplace and its just a dumpster fire. Its stuff praising with AI cellphones/houses/apartments/planes, anything you can think of. Also celebrity obituaries of people who arent dead. Oh shit and „we are Charlie kirk“ posts with people on golf courses lol
Silicon Valley government subsidized US oligarchs stole the internet and gave us back 70s TV, the nth remake of their fordist=nazi propaganda. Every time they tried people got saturated and they raised the intensity to world war level to discipline people (and kill millions, destroy their food and shelter, etc).
So I see the metaverse failing, and us trying to get food and shelter and survive.
