    1. Very hard to put a get-out in legislation for something like this, but seriously – this is something people know exactly the risks of when they buy it

I’ve had venison tartare in the now gone Canteen restaurant before, which is even more potentially dangerous (parasite risk). I knew the risk.

They’ll be banning blue steak next if this continues.

Fucking nanny state nonsense. Nothing beats a rare burger. I’ll take the risks.

    3. They were quick to act and reading the article, they certainly did not mince their words.

    4. „Lucaci Fast Travel in Cabra, Dublin 11, was issued with a prohibition order on October 8th after nine unidentified plastic bags of frozen meat, 20 unidentified frozen meats in white polystyrene boxes, six containers of unidentified cream liquids in the fridge, 57 containers of unidentified pickled vegetables, 13 five-litre bottles of unidentified wine or purple-coloured liquid, which could not be verified by staff present and were unlabelled, were found. The premises have not reopened yet.“ Jesus wept

Know a few chefs and it seems like hotel kitchens are particularly bad. Hotels in general seem like shite craic to work in.
