      How does this all end? He’s not going to pay any fines. I know it, you know it and the baby jesus knows it.

      He’s going to keep turning up at his former work place. He’s not afraid of any consequences, I.e prison.

      What’s the end game here?

      Sending him to prison will result in a big increase in „donations“ to the Burke mob from the Christian fundamentalists in the US. We need CAB, Revenue, the Charities regulator etc to go after the Burke family like they would other gangs.

      Granted they asked me to leave at closing, but I hadn’t finished. Then I resisted being escorted out by security because I wanted to finish my meal! Then the Garda were called and I was charged a fine for being causing a disturbance. And now I have to do prison time for refusing to pay the fine for REQUESTING THAT I BE ABLE TO FINISH MY MEAL!!!!

      The question: could the court choose a “standard” route (prison + fine) or something more tailored to stop the recurring harm?

      Can we not put an electronic tag on him and put him under house arrest, so he is under his own expense?

      The bollocks would probably still break it just to get licked up again for his martyrdom.

      Go after assets especially the funding from radical Christian it’s in the states .
      He is profiting from his law breaking surely there’s a way to square that?

      The dismissal appeal really needs to be heard as soon as possible. In the event he does win the appeal, a fresh dismissal for gross misconduct needs to be ready to go. We’re paying for this and for far too long.

      I know being delusional is just part and parcel of the Burkes, but it boggles the mind that Enoch thinks there’s any world where the school could have him back teaching after everything

      Community service beforehand would be incredibly funny if he actually does it.

      At this point making it a little spiteful by donating the proceeds of the accumulated fine to a LGBT charity would make me die happy and probably put him off hanging around outside the school……I KNOW IT DOESN’T WORK THAT WAY BUT STILL I WISH IT DID

      Forget about prison. Psychiatric institution for him and the rest of the siblings who act out in court.

      Prison for Mammy and Daddy for child abuse and cult activities.

      The state should buy Inishvickillane off the Haugheys and stick Enoch there. The coast guard can drop off food a few times a year.

      Bar the odd sailor, he won’t be annoying anyone any more.
