      This is so disorienting because he used to come in to a grocery store I worked in semi-regularly and he was extremely attentive, kind and amiable. This must be how he keeps luring in his victims.

      Multiple incidents of non-fatal strangulation which is a massive precursor for murder. This guy is going to kill a woman, it’s a matter of when.
