      Just felt it while I was in the computer playing universe sandbox in Limassol

      Anyone else got a noticifaction from Google BEFORE the tremor began? I was more amazed at that than the actual quake.

      Felt almost as big as this morning, for us in Paphos. Should we be worried these are pre-shocks for something bigger?

      Wtf it was crazy, in Limassol. Never felt something like that in my life, floor was moving under my legs

      5.4 in the morning and 5.6 now, never have experienced this on my lifetime in the island.

      This earthquake was unlike our typical Paphos earthquakes – it was closer to Polis hence on the Ovgos Fault Line and that is concerning 😬

      I had not long just arrived at the place I’m staying in Paphos when the 2nd one hit. The whole building was shaking and rattling.

      I’m hesitant to move incase another one comes.

      Hope everyone is OK in Cyprus. We in Alexandria didn’t feel a thing which is weird given the proximity but nope nothing.

      What’s the protocol if you live up high in an older apartment building? As in, outside of the standard „hide under a table“ stuff? Do you stay the night? Heard it will likely have lighter aftershocks, but could get stronger, and have kids.

      5.4 isnt that big. Wait till it’s over 6.5+ then you’re talking major shaking!

      I’m in Paphos and yeah, I felt it, but it wasn’t a big deal surprisingly. I’d have expected worse given the distance to the earthquake epicenter

      I was in car and felt nothing 1st time, by like a minute – was raging. Just moved here a month ago and never been in one. Its ok though, was in the bath and felt the aftershock 🙂 Plus I got a thunderstorm thrown inbetween :))

      I am currently travelling in Cyprus, earlier was walking into town and saw a lady cleaning up a spilled mess and the same in another shop, then got an alert about an earthquake on my phone but due to walking I didn’t feel it … a few minutes ago i was sitting down admiring the coast and then felt a slight rocking motion side to side around four times id say😮😮😮 exciting tbh. 😅

      Anyone else feel a few small aftershocks? I was absolutely exhausted today and took a nap once these 2 were over and everything was ok… But as I was falling asleep there were 2 or 3 more quite small ones around 18:00? I only see one reported on the maps around then

      Legged it outside as soon as the room started to shake and the noise…… Jeez.
      2nd big one in the afternoon was more scary. Grabbed my bag and told my boss I’M OUTTA HERE MATE!!! He ran out with me🤣
