Well yeah Trump got mad at Epstein that he was stealing the girls from Maralago that he was planning on raping with his tiny mushroom penis and then turned Epstein into the feds.
This „trove of emails“ is only shocking if you’ve been ignoring the mountains of previous evidence.
In which case you’re probably going to ignore this one too.
A lot of comments saying that this doesn’t matter/won’t have consequences, which *may* be true. But strategically, it seems like House Democrats are releasing these as a way to stir up popular anger about this in anticipation of something screwy going on with Grijalva’s now-imminent swearing in and the vote on the larger release of files. If Republicans try something to block the release or underplay it because there’s „nothing there,“ this is something very recent to point to.

Funny and sad that the whole Epstein talk and effort to get it into the news by Trump/Bannon was a conspiracy theory to drag Bill Clinton and Hillary by association during the 2016 election. The media and even some democratic voters fell for it spending more time on a Clinton connection when you have quotes and video evidence showing a stronger connection with Trump. Trump is on video joking with Epstein to the point where Epstein is blushing at Trump’s comments. The same video has Trump dancing and groping women. It was obvious that Trump was at worst well aware of Epstein’s lifestyle. The same can’t be said of Clinton who didn’t have quotes or video evidence connecting him to Epstein’s lifestyle.
Why are people acting like a few messages that say far less damning things than we already knew are significant in any way?
Honestly, Trump will be gone soon. But we need to never forget about the GOP which covered for him. Never.
